Our purpose

• To support children and young people to have self-belief in their own musicality

• To use music and other activities to help people communicate

• To show by example how to engage with students

• To make a difference to disabled children and young people
 
• To educate teachers in how best to set up music communication group sessions

• To offer teachers techniques to use music as a way of communicating and unlocking young people’s potential

• To help schools to develop a culture of creative communication through interactive music methods

• To empower people to communicate and express themselves using music and sound

  Our values are in alignment with the Council for Disabled Children (CDC) - We also believe that:

* Disabled children and young people should enjoy the same rights and opportunities as other children

* All disabled children and young people communicate and have a right to have their views heard

* The views of disabled children, young people and their families are vital to the development of an inclusive society

* All disabled children and young people should be fully included in every aspect of society (CDC website, 2011, )
