Who are Graduate Emerging Leaders?

Soundabout Graduate Emerging Leaders are Learning Disabled young people and adults who have completed Soundabout’s Emerging Leaders course. 

The graduates have been continuing their leadership journeys through volunteering and paid work placements with Soundabout. 

Why does Soundabout have Graduate Emerging Leaders?

Soundabout is a learning disability music charity. Soundabout wants more Learning Disabled people to join their volunteer team and staff team. 

We know that there are limited accessible routes into careers in music, particularly for Learning Disabled people. Soundabout wants to create opportunities where Learning Disabled people are supported to try different roles in music to see what they like doing.  Soundabout wants to support Learning Disabled people into music careers or meaningful volunteering.
