If you have donated to us via a third party platform, such as JustGiving, the thank you and acknowledgement will come directly from the service provider.

There may be other occasions where you have donated to Soundabout, directly or indirectly, and we are not aware this has happened. We are truly grateful for every donation we receive, and we will make every effort to thank and acknowledge everyone who has donated to us. Do you prefer people to make regular gifts rather than one-off donations?

Long-term donations enable us to plan for the future and ensure money is available where it is needed most, so we can make music change lives for as many people with severe and profound disabilities as possible.

Regular gifts mean a consistent, predictable income so we can plan and budget better, making us more efficient. It’s also more cost-effective. By setting up a regular gift, more of the money you donate goes towards making music change lives as we are able to spend less on bank charges.

There are benefits for you too. A regular gift is a hassle-free way to donate while knowing that you are helping to improve the lives of people with severe and profound disabilities.

How will you use my donation?

We are entirely dependent on donations to continue our vital work. Your money will help us to provide a variety of services supporting people with severe and profound disabilities to find their voice through music.

Find out more about what we do or see a detailed breakdown of how we spend our income in our annual report.

Can I donate through the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF)?

CAF cheques (in GBP) or vouchers should be made payable to Soundabout and sent to Soundabout, John Eccles House, Robert Robinson Avenue, Oxford Science Park, Oxford OX4 4GP. We can also accept donations via Charities Trust.
