Sign Up for a Challenge Event

There are two ways that you can take part in a challenge event. Choose from a selection of distances: 100m, 1k, 5k, 10k & SuperSensory1K. Everybody who starts gets a medal, t-shirt, water & goody bag.

Soundabout has a limited number of Charity Places. Soundabout pays for your place and in return we ask that you fundraise a minimum of £75.

Festival of Inclusivity

Parallel Windsor also features a fully accessible Festival of Inclusivity, providing lots of inclusive fun & entertainment for the whole family.
 
The festival brings together a wonderful charity village, picnic area, yummy food concessions & the Clusivity Inn provided by The Windsor & Eton Brewery.
 
There is also a huge range of activities & entertainment – Live Music Stage, Arts & Crafts, Storytelling, Sport, Active Lifestyle, Play, Skills & Careers, Technology, Mobility & Community.

FAQs

There are two ways that you can take part in a challenge event.

Soundabout has a limited number of Charity Places. Request a Charity Place here. Soundabout pays for your place and in return we ask that you fundraise a minimum of £75.

Alternatively, book your own place for £19.50. No fundraising expectation – have fun and fundraise if you can! Register your interest here.

If you book a Charity Place, we ask that you commit to fundraising a minimum of £75. This is to cover the cost of your place.

If you book a place individually through the Parallel Windsor website, there is no minimum fundraising amount (but, of course, aim high!)

Location: The Windsor Great Park & Long Walk, Windsor, Berkshire, SL4 1BP

Nearest Access into The Great Park from Windsor & Eton Train Stations: Via the Cambridge Gates, which is about 5-10 mins from the train stations.

If you will find it difficult to travel to Windsor, please get in touch and we might be able to help. If there is enough interest, we might be able to provide a minibus from Oxford to Windsor, or help from further afield.

Access directly to The Long Walk via A332 (Sheet Street Road), £5 per vehicle.

Yes – there are mobility aids to hire for the day via People 2 Places, situated near to the car park.
