Joint Workshop with National Children’s Choir of Great Britain
For the third year running now, Soundabout and the National Children’s Choir of Great Britain (NCCGB) have joined forces for a morning of music.
On Thursday 17th April 2025, Soundabouters visited NCCGB at their annual Spring residential course at Bromsgrove School.
As with every Soundabout choir session, the workshop started with Soundabouters leading a ‘Hello’ song and inviting NCCGB to join in.
Soundabout Graduate Emerging Leaders led group warm up activities for everyone and also taught signs to some of the songs!
Both choirs performed to each other and then everyone worked on a joint song, finishing with a performance and ‘goodbye’ song.
The choirs then spent time together socialising after the singing, signing, and sound making!

We are very grateful to the NCCGB for hosting us, and for going above and beyond to accommodate us (including hiring a mobiloo!).
