New Trustees Join Soundabout

As we look ahead to Soundabout’s 30th anniversary in 2027, we are strengthening our Board of Trustees by welcoming new members with a broad range of expertise, to help guide the charity’s next stage of growth.

Our Trustees are responsible for Soundabout’s governance, providing oversight of how the charity is run, and helping to shape the organisation’s future. They play a vital role in ensuring our work remains centred around the Learning Disabled people that we work alongside.

This summer, we are delighted to welcome Tim Hammond, Anna Hodgkinson, Catherine Nunn and Catherine Rann to the Board, to work alongside our existing Trustees.

Each of our new Trustees shares a strong commitment to Soundabout’s mission in working alongside Learning Disabled people with complex support needs, to create opportunities where they can thrive through music. Together, they bring extensive professional experience across fundraising, safeguarding, community music, arts in health, and digital media, further strengthening the skills and insight within our leadership team.

All of our Trustees give their time and skills to Soundabout on a voluntary basis, and we are incredibly grateful to them for supporting our work.
