Celebrating Our Impact

We are very proud to share Soundabout’s Impact Report for 2024-25, showcasing another year of music-making, connection, and community. This year marks an important milestone for us: for the first time, we are publishing Easy Read and Widget versions of the report, to help make access to the report available for our whole community.

What is an Impact Report?

For anybody new to impact reports: An impact report tells the story of Soundabout’s work and the difference it makes each year. It combines numbers with stories from the Soundabout community, to show both how much we did and why what we did was important.

Highlights from 2024-25

Inside this year’s report, you’ll find lots of stories and feedback from the Soundabout community.

We are incredibly proud of what we did with our community during this year, and the highlights for us were:

  • Delivering 1,045 music-making sessions – an 8.6% increase from the year before.
  • Working alongside 3,502 attendees – a 4.8% increase from the year before.
  • Within our 3,502 attendees, working alongside 1,159 parents and carers – an amazing 54% increase from the year before.
  • Delivering 180 Graduate Emerging Leader work placements – a 176% increase from the year before.
  • Our Soundabout YouTube channel was viewed 48,138 times – an 18.1% increase from the year before.

These numbers reflect the growing reach of our programmes and the meaningful impact of our inclusive music-making across the UK.
