Soundabout Live! TV
Soundabout is a small charity with large ambitions. We aim to engage with people with severe or profound learning disabilities across the UK through musical interaction to enable them to have a voice and way to communicate.
We currently have a full time position available as Programme Manager at our Didcot HQ.
We are looking for a Programme Manager to manage, lead and develop Soundabout’s service delivery including our exciting new England-wide Little Soundabout and Soundabout Life projects for children in the early years and those ready to leave school or college.
You will help to set a positive management culture in line with Soundabout’s inclusive ethos, values and mission working to ensure consistent practice across all our services. You will oversee the day-to-day administrative functions within the services including on-going monitoring and evaluation, HR and financial management, and will also assist and deputise for the CEO where necessary.
Open to job shares and flexible working arrangements.

A strong people-manager who is skilled at leading a team, with excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail. Ideally you will have a good understanding of the music education landscape including the work of music education hubs and how they work with schools, as well as a knowledge of care and service provision for adults with learning disabilities.
We also have a range of exciting volunteering opportunities available to people of all capabilities and backgrounds. If you cannot find anything suitable, please still contact us through the form below as there are always other ways you can support us.
